To all employees,
October marks the beginning of the Performance Management Program (PMP) end-of-year performance review activities. This is your opportunity to use the self-review to highlight your accomplishments as they relate to your organization.
With the enhancements to the PMP this year, you no longer give yourself a rating as part of the self-review process. This self-review is a narrative summary of your performance with specific examples that your reviewer can reference during the rating and calibration process.
Action: Complete the self-review in the PMP system by October 31.
When writing your self-review, please ensure you:
Give concrete examples of your accomplishments against your goals or competencies
Demonstrate the impact of your work on your organization
