• Responsible for compilation of project information and sharing regular reports and updates
• Ensure correct beneficiary selection procedure and criteria are followed by FSL field staff/partners, including that adequate verification is conducted and that this is in line with agreed standards
• Ensure any feedback from beneficiaries or target communities shared by FSL field staff/partners are responded to appropriately or raised with FSL Coordinator/ Manager if needed
• Oversee regular market monitoring in key target locations, compile and report information to FSL staff for timely decision-making
• Coordinate with security staff and logistics staff to ensure distributions are conducted appropriately.
• Supervising team leaders of distributions, ensuring that distributions take place as planned.
• Responsible for reporting security incidents to security team and FSL Coordinator/ Manager.
• Responsible for quality checking any deliveries and ensuring that these are in line with the programme requirements. Ensure that any problems or issues are reported to the logistics team and the FSL Coordinator/Manager.
• Actively monitor FSL programme activities at field level, ensuring quality of Save the Children’s programme and flagging concerns to FSL Coordinator/Manager
• Maintaining appropriate documentation at field level needed for donor compliance with support from the FSL Technical Programme Manager
• In support of the FSL Coordinator, FSL Technical Manager and MEAL team, provide input into the development of M&E and indicator tracking plans for all grants, and the development of additional M&E tools as necessary to monitor project progress
• Work with the FSL Coordinator and Technical Programme Manager to ensure appropriate, timely and accurate data collection against agreed indicators to enable both internal and external reporting
