一、 Functions and Features
Our company produce the 2700 interlocking brick machine, is the special equipment which can make the construction interlocking bricks. There is a wide range raw material available cement, sand, clay, shale, fly ash and white lime or other materials. Various shapes and specifications of pavement bricks can be made by changing the moulds. Device driven by hydraulic system. Mainly electrical appliances and hydraulic components are imported original parts or domestic equipment of national famous brands,with exquisite structure, reliable performance,easy operation,low malfunction,strong applicability and simple maintenance as characteristic. Hydraulic cooling system is controlled by a temperature controlling switch, run automatically according to the hydraulic oil temperature, reducing energy consumption. Finished products molding from hydraulic system driver, hydro-static pressure to make it complete. The production of interlocking bricks bearing strength can reach above 12Mpa (Zhao Pa), high compactness, frost resistance, impermeability performance is good, sound insulation, heat insulation, and also heat preservation performance is good, appearance size accurate, is the ideal environmental protection and building materials equipment.

四、Layout and inspection
4.1 Layout
The machine installation layout is determined by the technological requirements of production sites and products
No interfering among the mixer, transmission, molding, releasing and maintenance for each other. Because of the compact structure and flexible exquisite, it is so easy to be installed by simple principle.
Equipment prior to installation, the installation and operation personnel should read the relevant information, ready to install plan and the necessary preparations

4.2 Inspection
The machine is tested ex-factory in motors,electric and oil parts unite test.Each component has been adjusted according to the design, the position is relatively correct. Motion and position accurately, the performance of the machine is reliable,the machine is released by successful inspection. Due to the probably rough transportation,please check the machine if there is any damage,parts missing and any position changes.
五、Machine debug and moulds changing
5.1 Preparation work before debug
Check all the parts,add hydraulic oil into the oil tank which is suitable by 2/3 level of it.
Check the voltage,match the suitable power.
Connect the main power with the electric box.
（3）Open the oil pump motor,check its motor turning direction(there is no pressure when inversion).
（4）Check the system pressure:The pressure is set up ex-factory,so there is no need to change or adjust it any more during normal operation.If there is any need of adjustable,please try the overflow spinner(clockwise,the pressure will be high) until the pressure is suitable for production.
5.2 Debug
Power on the oil pump,operate the handle(no action for the brick machine) and check if the oil pump is work well.Check all the circuit connection,and also the mechanical parts function,to see if there is any abnormal of the machine.
5.3 Moulds changing
（1）Power off
（2）Release the 8 fastening bolts around the pressure chamber,take out the mould.
（3）Power on,let the upper mould down and then achieve the lower mould’s up to the chamber upper mouth,power off.
（4）Take out the upper mould and lower mold.
（5）Put new mould settled into the pressure chamber in right order.
（6）Tighten the 8 bolts around the chamber into suitable place which can let the lower mould fall down freely and upper mould comes into the chamber freely also.
六、Operation procedure

、Power on and confirm good operation of the machine.
、Add the ready material into hopper5.
、Operate handle6,and then the cylinder back of the machine piston rod out,move the feeder11 into the upper location of chamber3,add enough material into the chamber.At the same time,the two handles besides the feeder push the hooks of moulds frame4’s,the frame2 for the lower mould falling back to the main frame1.
、Operate handle6 and control the rod back into the oil cylinder(back one) of original place.
、Operate handle6 again,and then the cylinder above the machine piston rod out,at the same time the frame4 of upper mould come into the chamber.The brick height can be adjusted by changing the limitation shafts of the frame for the upper mould
、Operate the handle6,let the upper location cylinder backward,at the same time the mould frame4 upward,the hooks from upper mould frame4 take the lower mould frame3 upward.
、Take out the end product(brick).
、One cycle is finished.
七、Maintenance
7.1 Maintenance
（1）Add the oil strictly,add 46# hydraulic oil when the temperature is low;add 32# hydraulic oil in the opposite situation.
（2） Check the hydraulic pipe joints everyday,keep there is no leak and if there is,deal with it by tightening them.
（3）Clean the machine everyday after work.
（4）Check the match situation between mould chamber and upper mould every week,if they don’t match with each other,adjust the 8 bolts until suitable.
（5）Check the filter of the oil pump every month,keep it clean or change it if it is beyond clean.Keep the oil clean also.
（6）Clean the oil tank every three months,fresh the oil.
（7）Change the seals components of the oil pump every year.
八、Lubrication
Monthly add lubricating oil in the guide sleeve designated areas.
7.Equipment malfunctions and troubleshooting
九、Safety procedures and operation marks
1、The workers should be trained,and processed this instruction.Otherwise,can not be hired for this operation.
2、Maintenance,oil-adding and cleaning works should be done by power off.
3、Take all the tools away from the machine after any maintenance and other works.It is not allowed to store tools on the machine.
4、Before working,only let the oil pump working for a while to see if everything is ok.
5、While operation,it is not allowed to touch the moving parts and between mould heads.Better keep un-worker away the machine.
6、If there is seizing situation while operation,please turn off the direction value first,and then turn off the oil pump.Do not deal this situation while direction value is on,must be after this action,too.
7、After make the machine stop,please cut off the power as soon as possible.
8、While maintenance the hydraulic system and changing parts and other components,put all the pistons of the oil cylinder into the lowest points in case of oil spout and moulds gliding.
9、After every shift of working,clean the main parts of the machine.Please do not use water to clean the machine.We suggest using brush or something else which can take the material out of the machine in case of electrical parts damages caused and any other unexpected.
10、Customers should not change the machine structure and electrical system,otherwise we are not under responsibility.
