About two thirds of respondents had a company car, with the most common value being £110k-£13k. This was sometimes supplemented by business mileage allowances (16 per cent) or private mileage allowances (47 per cent). Nearly 38 per cent of respondents qualified for an annual bonus, although 60 per cent received under £1000. Between 10 and 20 per cent of respondents received individual private medical insurance, family private medical insurance, permanent health insurance and RICS subscriptions, while over 50 per cent had company pensions available to them, which were mainly contributory.
