1. Studying project original contract drawings in coordination with PM, PCM, Coordinators.
2. Checking of all types of drawings received from subcontractors and suppliers for coordination purposes.
3. Prepare shop-drawings in accordance with the schedule of submittals as directed by the Project Coordinator
4. Establishing drawings for temporary works to allow proper execution of site works as and when requested.
5. Establishes detailed sketches as requested.
6. Incorporating Consultant/PM/PCM requirements in a drawing for onward submission, etc.
7. Set the plot limits on Autocad according to the points handed over by Municipality and approved by the client/consultant including all grid lines in coordination with surveyors. This setting shall be used to establish all subsequent drawings/sketches/details up to the end of the project, including the as built drawings.
8. Follows up the program of as built drawings issues as per the submission schedule
9. Establishing an agreed system for recording the status of all drawings with Project Coordinator
10. Updating drawings as per client’s/consultant’s issued and agreed change notices/Variation Orders as instructed by the Project Coordinator
11. Visiting the site and coordinating with PCM/PE/SE and surveyors to take notes of site conditions prior to establishing a further step drawing/sketch/detail.
