Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions; and assist in all HR related duties. Manage the employment relationship; act as a liaison between the organization and employees; Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, standards and regulations. Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories and performance evaluation forms. Assist with recruitment, interview and on-boarding processes; Track candidate status in HRIS, respond with follow-up letters and schedule interviews; schedule or conduct new employee orientations. Assist with the organization's performance appraisal cycle and termination processes. Administer health and welfare plans and maintain records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Assist with training needs analysis and employee's learning and development plans
Job Requirements Bachelor degree in business administration, human resources management or a closely related field. 0-2 years of experience. Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and reports, and other office procedures. Knowledge of Personnel and Human Resources principles including procedures for personnel, recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Knowledge of personal employee development; human behavior and performance; individual differences in ability, personality, and interests; learning and motivation.
