Letter of Intent:
We have been informed of availability of Oil Refinery Project in Yemen through Mr. Jameel Alhahmi, so am serving this letter of intent to describe briefly our corporation's intention to execute a corporate funding as required by the investor, Cynthia Williams
So considering the above point, we are considering financing or providing the necessary funding worth 450 million dollars as indicated in the email or any amount for the oil refinery Project.
But before executing the remittance or committing in the pertinent business paperwork’s, we will request a full disclosure statement. The disclosure statement should perhaps come from ministry of petroleum or the beneficiary company of this funding and should include the following:
1. The actual investment amount if not as indicated above, quoted in dollars, written with a company letter-head paper and not email.
2. An estimated list of necessary expenses, well broken down for easy analysis and decision making.
3. An official letter from the ministry or participating company stating clearly their need for funding and the seeking amount for.
4. A copy of your Government agreement letter or policy in relation to the capital or fund investment from foreign company.
Terms or Initial Business conditions:
1. That the necessary paper that will aid our company attorney to execute will be provided as at when due, either directly to us via mail or via the representative in Yemen.
2. That the approved amount to be remitted into a verifiable account shall accompany an annual interest rate of 4% (Negotiable)
3. That we have recognized Mr. Jameel Alhahmi as our trusted representative for said refinery investment project in Yemen, and as a result deemed it suitable to be assigned a responsibility, liability and accountability to our financing company.
Note that the conditions existing in this letter is negotiable between both parties, and In the event we were unable to reach an agreement, we shall discontinue this investment hence there is no binding obligations attached to this, but so far we are keen to this investment proposal and looking forward to receiving the full business information, and other necessary investment documents from you, after which we shall approve the project, and then carry out the fund remittance into a verifiable company account in Yemen.
