If you’ve been having problems with your emails being sent to the spam folder, please read our tips for improving email efficiency and delivery. We suggest the following:
1 - Avoid sending emails that are just an image. These emails tend to be too heavy and, importantly, email service providers (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc) don’t support them. Aim to achieve a balance between image and text within the email as 50% text is the recommended minimum.
2 - If you’re going to be importing HTML code to our platform, please ensure the code is well structured and designed by a professional. If you’re not sure how to do this, use one of our email templates.
3 - Use the tools available on our platform to separate only those clients on your contact list that regularly open your emails. Send one or more campaigns to that list and this will not only increase your campaign’s participation rate but it will also strengthen your reputation for future deliveries to the entire contact list.
