RHODES: Well, Josh, I think that this will be a central focus of the speech, which is that, on the one hand, there are enormous positive indicators in our world today in terms of economic growth, standards of living, the ability to forge international cooperation on very difficult issues like climate change. At the same time, there's also a great deal of unease about a range of issues, whether it's obviously the horrific civil war in Syria, the refugee crisis or Russia's actions to violate the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine.
