Thank you for escalating on the network connectivity issues being experienced in the retail business.

Kindly note that most of the stores are using VPN configured over shared internet bandwidth on the legacy infrastructure hence the suggested approach may not resolve all of the critical current disruption.

Ideally we have to go with dedicated bandwidth like MPLS for all our stores to ensure high availability as per the SLA considering high volume data being published and/or subscribed within the retail business operations.

Nevertheless, we will work out on an appropriate investment model demonstrating CAPEX, OPEX, TCO and ROI on the required solution and revert ASAP to formalize.

I would also suggest the development team to fine-tune the AX Software Code towards optimizing the bandwidth usage.
