The research and development process for IT systems matches both the interac- tive perspective of Gardner (1993) and the result theory proposed by Drazin et al. (1999), because it takes interaction among team members to generate a feasible new idea. The creativity displayed in a product is often closely related to the market potential (Duke & Mount, 1996) as well as the trends toward flexible, agile and innovative products (Wormley, 2006). This paper, consequently, adopts the viewpoints of Drazin et al. (1999) and Guilford (1965) to propose some creativity evaluation indicators, as listed in Table 1.
