Vision and mission :
To gain profit and befit from the smart ink pen product by improving it and get the costumers attraction by doing a successful marketing methods . My recent plan is to spread the ink pen product to markets by advertisements and other marketing methods and improve the ink pen according to the consumers request .
Objectives :
to earn profit out of the product which will help in investing it in other progresses and by doing that the profit of the business will increase and this process will be applied in an continuous way .
Description :
The smart pen include a lot of features which will help attracting the customers . the pen is 12cm length 1.5cm width it can be carried out anywhere . the pen is provided with a smart button which connects with any smart device by just pressing it . the pen is covered with leather which is cozy for some costumers . There are a collection involving different colors which can match with your smart device of school bag and can fit the consumers tastes .
Marketing strategy :
i will take the marketing strategy into a process first I will work on advertisement on stationaries in different places to measure the acceptance from costumers toward the pen .
secondly I will release a collection which includes more than 400 different colors with reasonable prices . There will be giveaways too so people could experience the pens quality too before buying it and which could give a good repetition for my product.
Industrial analysis :
Choosing a good environmentally friendly materials and quailed materials too . Designing in in away that makes it practical and smart.
Sales strategy :
Make deals with different shopping malls or stores whom are specialized in this process . Doing sailing campaign in different places . to Haier employees experienced in sales . I need to chose the right location where people are always are such as malls , stores and other locations
I have to chose employees with attractive appearance and having a good communication skills to promote my product .
Competitive comparison :
I studied what is trending now in the market so I can plan before I apply my product and also I focused on products in my progress so I could compare them from my point of view as a consumer . I asked a shopping expert too so he could help me find what is trending now and what is competing on market now .
Future product services :
Providing consumers with high quality pens and guarantees on the products . I also provide delivery and shipping services to different countries in the world . The pen is provided in a box with a brochure that helps the costumer of how to use the pen and about the pens features and how to connect it to a smart device .
Strategy and implementation :
The strategy is based on the previous marketing and sales plans , the budget is 2500 BD for sales which will help me sale my product and spread it in diffident places . and by the end of 4 months my product must be well known on the market =s with good repetition .
