You can modify an order so long as the status of the order states, “in progress” or “ready to pick”. In this status, you can cancel an entire order, or modify items in your order and even change the shipping address. However, you will not be able to add more items. You will need to cancel the entire order and place a new order to add new items. Please note that once the status states “ready to ship”, you cannot cancel or modify your order.
