Standard Discipline of ADFSC for packing is as below;
Each consignment is received in Packhouse from the farmer.
Once received,QC Inspection is done based on SAMPLES collection from the consignment.
Produce goes under grading process.
Grading is based on ADFSC produce specification for CLASS1,CLASS2,CLASS3 and wastage.
During grading process,One QC Inspector and one team leader from production department always available to look after the line process.
Packout report is generated for the consignment.
This discipline of grading is applied for all consigments.
