Special Instructions
USCIS has amended the requirement for the number of copies of Form I-589 and related documents. We are in the process of updating the instructions for Form I-589 to reflect this change.
We now require:
Your completed, signed original Form I-589;
1 copy of your signed, original Form I-589;
1 copy of any supplementary sheets and supplementary statements; and
2 copies of any additional supporting documents you choose to submit.
