(ii) distinctive type of off-premises delivery food service outlet usually with a take-out facility, but without any on-premises seating capability for the marketing, preparation and sale of Products (a ”Delivery Service Unit”),
(iii) a distinctive type of stall-type food service outlet utilizing over the counter service for marketing, preparation and sale of a limited number of Products through individual food servings without any on-premises seating capability (a “Quick Service Unit”);
(iv) a distinctive type of small, food court service units without take-out or delivery service operating within the premises of a shopping mall or complex utilizing common seating capability for the marketing, preparation and sale of Product s (a “Mall Unit”) (each, a “Jollibee Outlet”):
