If there is a place on earth in which food is good, it is in Israel - regardless of whether it is prepared by Arabs or Jews, incidentally - and the reason is simple:
* The ingredients are locally grown and freshly delivered to the market.
* The variety consists of dishes whose origin is in just about every place of the world in light of the fact that so many in Israel are relatively new comers from the various parts of the world.
* There is much innovation in the preparation of food, an ingredient that is part of Jewish psyche.
The people who benefit are all Israeli residents, and you can become part of those benefiting from this festival of good food by visiting the country and insist on eating local food and not North American/European food
