to carry out any act and/or initiative , with any and all necessary powers
therein , to guarantee full compliance of the activities with the requirements of law , applicable regulations , rulings , provisions, norms , or orders of any international , european , national , or local authority , and , in particular , and without the present list setting a limitation to the powers granted herein , for issues regarding hygiene and safety in the workplace , protection of the environment safety and protection of urban areas and building and industrial activities , as well as for matters regarding labour relations employment , social security and insurance obligations , exporting and importing and transportation of material , and also weaponry and high-tech material , technology and services , and also for matters of protection for personal data as per the laws in force ( legislative decree (196/03) , as representative of the company and as such , ( controller) of personal data. more specifically , the managing direct , in his role as employer according to legislative decree (81/08) , shall be responsible , with all and every organizational , managerial and control powers and with the full spending autonomy , by way of derogation to the provisions in the previous point (2), to comply with all the obligations enforced by said regulation , with the right to delegate a proxy within the limits of and the as per the methods laid down by legislative decree (81/08), with prejudice to the obligation to oversee the work of the delegates
