Employment Contract
This Employment contract is made and entered, on _/_/_AH corresponding to _/_/_G, by and between:
First: Ability-in Company, located at ____, at the City of Kuwait, and legally represented by Mr.______ in his capacity as the CEO, hereinafter referred to as First Party,
Second: Mr.______ of _____ nationality, holder of passport number ________ issued from _______ hereinafter referred to as Second Party,
and after the two parties declared their complete legal competence of contracting, the parties hereto agrees as follows:
Introductory Article:
Whereas, the First Party agrees to employ the Second Party;
Whereas, the Second Party is carrying all documents that supports his qualifications and confirms his experience in the work field;
Whereas, the Second Party has shown his willingness to work in accordance with the conditions and regulations of the First Party, as per the Labor Law in the State of Kuwait;
Therefore, the two parties agree upon the provisions herein contained:
Article One:
The aforementioned introductory article shall be deemed as an integral and complementary part herein.
Article Two:
The Second Party shall work for the First Party in the position ________, in any of First Party’s establishments in the State of Kuwait.
Article Three:
The Second Party shall commence work on the singed date hereof, unless both Parties mutually agreed on a different declared date stated herein.
Article Four:
The second party receives as salary equivalent to __________ payable monthly in arrears according to the Gregorian calendar.
Article Five:
Any matter not state in this contract subject to the terms of Kuwait Labour Law No. 38/1964.
