In response of your question about obtaining the Uruguayan legal residency.
The legal residence usually takes two years to be approved, if there are no
drawbacks.
I attach a file with the requirements to apply for legal residency.
Our fees for the residence process are U$S 2000 each one but, when there ir
a family group the fee is U$S 4500 for the whole family group to be pay 50% with the submission of your file at the Migration Office, and 50% once the
process finishes. In the price are not included expenses or notary fees
(such as certifications, poas) estimated at U$S 500, nor legalizations/apostille or translation of documents into spanish.
Important: Due to the growing demand for consultations on residences and similar procedures, “ALS Global Law & Accounting” policy has been modified and from now on if you want to continue with a personalized advice you must complete and send us the KYC form attached, and as to certify your commitment as our client, you will have to pay in advance the sum of USD 300 which will be deducted from the procedure .
