Dear ziad almadhoun, After careful review of your profile and the information that you have provided to us, I am happy to inform you that you appear qualified to submit an application under the Quebec Skilled Worker (QSW) program. Applying to Quebec is a great option for anyone who wishes to live and work freely in Canada. My firm, Canadim, has an impeccable success rate of getting our clients approved under this category and we are confident we will be successful with your case as well. To see a small sample of our successful clients with their landing papers please visit our Facebook picture album by clicking here The Details:1) A job offer is NOT required 2) You can apply from anywhere in the world (even if you are working overseas)3) There are no settlement funds (“show money”) that need to be demonstrated 4) In the end, you will receive Canadian Permanent Residence, which is the equivalent of a US Green Card. 5) Processing times should be 14-18 months Important Information:The quota for the electronic submission opens on February 16th and is only 2,800 visas. This is not a lot of visas and the program is very popular around the world. That being said, you are an excellent candidate for the QSW program and we believe you have a strong chance of being accepted under the February intake period, but we must act quickly. My team and I will dedicate all the resources at our disposal to make that happen for you but given the limited number of visas, if you do not make the quota, you still have options: There is another intake period scheduled for April, 2016. What we don’t know yet is: will the selection criteria remain the same as the current regulations. We do know that the selection criteria for the November, 2015 and Feb, 2016 intake periods remained the same which is a good sign. If you are unable to make the Feb 2016 intake you need to understand that although your occupation has been prioritized under the Quebec Skilled Worker program before, we cannot guarantee that when the new program is released, you will be eligible to apply. They might keep the selection criteria the same or they could change it significantly. We have no information on what decision they will make but like all things in life, most things worth doing, have an element of risk involved. The same is true for Canadian Immigration as well. If life in Canada is something you have always dreamed of then take this opportunity to prepare the strongest possible application with the greatest chance of success. In my many years as a Canadian Immigration Attorney I can safely tell you: clients who take the initiative, and are seriously motivated, get their applications approved. Secure your future in Canada. Visit the following link to begin your application with Canadim: http://www.canadim.com/payments/quebec-skilled-worker-single.php Language Proficiency: Since you have indicated on your assessment you are comfortable speaking in French, I need to advise you that in order to be eligible for this program you must demonstrate that you have a high-intermediate level of French language ability. Specifically, you will need to reach the following levels of French proficiency: - B2 in listening- B2 in speaking Although reading and writing are a small component of the test, the majority of the focus will be on your listening and speaking proficiency in French. What is a high intermediate (B2) level of French? In a general conversation, conducted all in French, you should be able to understand and actively comment on most topics covered. In other words, you should be able to communicate with a native French speaker with ease in a clear and detailed manner. You will have to officially confirm your level of French proficiency by taking one of the French Tests accredited by the immigration department such as the TEFAQ (Official Quebec French Language Test), TEF or TCF. From our experience only applicants with a strong French background are able to achieve a B2 level. Not sure where to take your French test? You can find test centers in your area by visiting the following links: http://www.francais.ccip.fr/liste-des-centres-agrees/ (TEFAQ & TEF)http://www.ciep.fr/en/tcf_quebec/index.php (TCF) The links above may have pages written only in French but if you use Google Chrome as your browser the integrated translation program works very well and you should have no problem viewing the page. We hope you understand the importance of the taking your language tests. We look forward to hearing your official results!
