Salary Package – Up to AED. 18,000
Work Location – Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
SAP Experience – above 2 years
Working Hours – 7:30 to 15:30 (Sunday to Thursday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Ø Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) collection for Middle East and Singapore AR
Ø Resolve A/R issues and update management on collections effort and major collections
Ø Customer invoice printing
Ø Prepare agent commission accrual and payment
Ø Responsible for Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) - first point of review and coordination
Ø Responsible for CAPEX Forecast and Budget report
Ø Coordinate Annual Physical Inventory Count
Ø Semi-annual review of Excess and Obsolete inventory
Ø Prepare reconciliation of inventory account to ensure that inventory is reconciled to sub-ledger
Ø Handle Fixed Asset full cycle - capitalization, depreciation run and disposal
Ø Financial Reporting System (FRS) entry and Submission of Hyperion
Ø Responsible for year-end FRS Primary and Supplementary Schedules
Ø Responsible for Annual Audit (Coordination, audit preparation, audit schedules, etc.)
Ø Coordinate and assist in annual audit for tax filing in Qatar, Oman and Kuwait locations
Ø Assist in facilitating other tax requirements by the Corporate
Ø Banking coordination for bank Labour guarantees, bank signatories update and resolving other banking issues except cash and payments.
