Our high quality janitorial and building maintenance client is in need of Commercial Cleaners to join their growing organization!

They are experiencing rapid growth, and are looking for team-oriented and enthusiastic individuals to service commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
· Cleaning common areas
· Cleaning elevators
· Vacuuming of hallways
· Reporting burnt out lights to Supervisor
· Dusting/damp wiping office equipment & furniture
· Removing garbage & recycling
· Vacuuming carpets
· Sweeping/mopping hard surface floors
· Sanitizing/re-stocking bathrooms
· Spot cleaning walls, doors, glass
· Keeping janitor room clean and tidy

Requirements:
· Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including but not limited to overnights
· Commercial cleaning experience preferred
· Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
· Excellent time management skills, should be diligent and complete work in a timely manner
· Ability to follow instructions
· Demonstrate flexibility and sound work ethics
· Fluent spoken and written communication skills in English
· Ability to work with little to no supervision
· Ability to work at a high standard with an excellent eye for detail

المتطلبات:
· يجب أن تكون مرنة للعمل مجموعة متنوعة من نوبات، بما في ذلك ولكن لا تقتصر على ليلة مبيت
· خبرة لتنظيف التجارية يفضل
القدرة على استخدام اليد وقوة أدوات فعالة
· مهارات ممتازة إدارة الوقت، ينبغي أن يكون مجتهدا والعمل الكامل في الوقت المناسب
والقدرة على اتباع التعليمات
· إبداء المرونة والعمل السليم الأخلاق
· يجيد الكلام ومهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية
