“Those comments on the relationship between the individual and tire company apply even more forcibly to the present case. [Alamed] is the creature of [Mr Lipman], a device and a sham, a mask which he holds before his face in an attempt to avoid recognition by the eye of equity. [Gilford’s case] illustrates that an equitable rem¬edy is rigntly to be granted directly against the creature in such circumstances . .. The proper order to make is an order on both the defendants specifically to perform the agreement between the plaintiffs and [Mr Lipman]” (Our emphasis.)
