Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scales, Second Edition
The adaptive behaviors of the child with autism were measured using the Vineland-II (Sparrow et al., 2005). A semi-structured interview with each parent was used to obtain a response of
(a) usually, (b) sometimes or partially, (c) never, or (d) don’t know. The Adaptive Behavior Composite score for children ages birth through 6 years, 11 months, and 30 days contains the Communication, Daily Living Skills, Socialization, and Motor Skills domains.
