1-Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
2-Handling e-mails and faxes.
3-Scanning and copying contracts, notes and other documents.
4-Produce various forms of documentation such as reports, presentations, memos and e-mails, as required.
5-Maintaining filing systems & typing / preparation of documents.
6-Preparing monthly stationary inventory report and maintaining the minimum stock level per item.
7-Perform related duties and responsibilities as required.
