Cultural change is constant. The dynamic character of culture is significant in assessing new markets , even though changes face resistance. Culture is conservative and resist change, however change takes place. ( changes caused by war or nature) When behaviors are borrowed from other culture, they are combined in a unique manner that becomes typical for a particular society. Culture is learned, societies pass on to succeeding generations solutions to problems constantly building on and expanding the culture.

Marketing efforts : the use of something new is the beginning of the cultural change, marketers constantly adjusting their efforts to cultural demands of the market. But they also are acting of change whenever the product or idea being marketed is innovative they become change agent. – culture effects every part of our lives , everyday from birth to death and everything in between. --- As countries move from agriculture to industrial to service economies birth rates decline.
Elements of change: culture change depends on the current situation of the country, for example if there was natural disasters or war , the country will have to change some elements of their culture to suit the situation they are in .
