DAILY REPORT: NUMBERS OF ANSWERED CALLS / MISSED CALLS / AVERAGE CALL DURATION / FAQ / Frequent Responses to new places / Prices ...
FACEBOOK INBOX & POSTS
- Accounts
Handle Track down all in-house expenses & bills
- Supplies & Materials
Handle buying courses materials & Stationary
- Transportations
Coordinate Transportation for our team (Company drivers or Uber)
- Class Materials & Handouts Prep.
Prepare class samples, materials & handouts
- Documentation
Classes pictures (Every Class new takes)
Classes Lists
All graphics works
Accounts
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years
COMPUTER SKILLS: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
LANGUAGE: Excellent Command of written & Spoken English
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS: Excellent Organization & Communication Skills
WORKING DAYS & HOURS
Sat 9 to 3
Sun 10 to 9
Mon & Tue & Wed 9 to 5.30
