We understand that Qassim University technical support organisation is well known and reputed Organisation. All construction and environmental work shall conform to the applicable requirements of this
Program Al Fahd trading and industries and its employees and subcontractors shall follow the Occupational, Safety and Health Administration standards, pertaining to: Work Planning and Control for Operations, Emergency Response/Spill Response, Waste Management (radiological, hazardous, mixed, medical, industrial), Chemical Handling, If this HASP is amended i.e. changes in scope of work, new materials or processes, or as new information dictate, TSO review and accept those changes prior to implementation.

Al fahd trading and industries its employees and subcontractors shall comply with the applicable requirements established in the Occupational, Safety and Health Administration standards,

TSO shall provide all appropriate permits required by these standards. shall verify that these permits are current for the scope of work and updated, with appropriate approvals, to reflect any changes to the scope of work, and shall abide by the requirements of the permit.
This letter also certifies that Al Fahd Trading and Industries is aware of, understands and shall comply with the safety regulations of TSO health, safety and environmental standards, and we shall comply with applicable safety requirements for this project
