Thanks for reaching Clash of Clans Players' Support.

I see that you have reached us as you would like to change the name of your village.

I reviewed your village "✌حٌمَوِدِيِّ✌ and could see that the name change option has been utilised. We have an exception to change village name when it is a full name (for privacy reasons) or when it is offensive. I am glad that your village name is clean on these fronts.

On a day-to-day basis, we are receiving lots of requests for changing village names. Imagine a situation where all these requests are approved. There would be huge load on the servers as every data is getting stored. Ultimately resulting in game crashes. In order to avoid such complex situations, we have restricted ourselves. Adding to it, changing names would cause a huge havoc in Leader board too.

To provide a smooth playing experience to players all around the world, name change option has some restrictions to it. We have given the liberty to the players to change their name twice, during start of the game and also after reaching TH 5.

If we really have any tiny ray of hope to change your village name, we would be more happier than you. Thank you so much for understanding.
