6. THE CHIPPER
6.1 CHIPPERS DUTIES
6.1.1 The Chipper, once ‘no more bets’ has been called, must act as an extra pair of eyes to the layout.
6.1.2 The Chipper is responsible for keeping the apron in good order and assisting the DLR wherever possible.
6.1.3 It is the duty of the Chipper, if any chips fall to the floor, to recover them by first calling ‘Chip on the floor!’, clearing their hands and then picking up the chips off the floor at the earliest convenient moment.
6.1.4 The Chipper should also check payouts and, if you disagree, quietly and politely point this fact out to the INS whose ultimate responsibility it is to approve their payout.
