We educate all our captains to strictly follow traffic rules and regulations as we firmly understand how safety of our customers are one of the core elements to be maintained and all our captains are strictly informed to take special care before each ride, and it forms a part of their regular training with Careem.

I have reported this to the fleet team personally in order to properly educate the captain about the hazards of speaking on the phone while being on a trip and continue to monitor him.

We really apologize for the inconvenience you have to go through. We will continue to put measures in place to minimize these types of incidences and would like thank you for your patience while we do so.
