After the introduction of concept of fuzzy sets by Zadeh, severalresearches were conducted on the generalisation of the notionof the fuzzy set. The idea of intuitionistic fuzzy set (IFS) wasfirst published by Atanassov (1983)[4].The concept of soft set (SS) was first introduced by Molodtsov[50] in 1999 as a general mathematical tool for dealing with uncertainobjects. In ([50], [51], [52], and [53]) Molodtsov successfullyapplied the soft theory in several directions, such as smoothnessof functions, game theory, operations research, Riemann integration,Perron integration, probability, theory of measurement, andso on. Maji et al. [45] described an application of soft set theoryto a decision-making problem. Pei and Miao [68] investigatedthe relationships between soft sets and information systems. Researchon the soft set theory has been accelerated (see, [17], [20],[25], [26], [27]). This theory, has been applied in several directions, such as topology (see [9], [49], [66], [70], [75]). various algebraicstructures (see [2], [6], [18], [27]), operations research (see
