3. TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
Warranty:
Our warranty terms cover the AMR System hardware for one year from the
date of delivery against manufacturing defects under normal operation.
In the event of a fault during the warranty period, which cannot be, rectified
by the maintenance personnel (either by themselves or in conjunction with
ATC engineers providing telephone assistance), then ATC will send an
engineer to site to investigate the problem.
In the event that the fault is diagnosed to be other than with our application
software, the visit will be chargeable as per our standard rates.
The Warranty shall not cover damage caused to the Deliverables due to
natural depreciation or normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, neglect,
vandalism, unusual or severe operation, excessive operation at peak
capacity, frequent starting and stopping, improper storage or installation by
Purchaser, improper operation and maintenance, alterations or improper
repairs, defects resulting from operation with influent/feed water parameters
outside the Seller’s design criteria and basis, defects resulting from the
connection to a power source other than that for which the Deliverables have
been designed or connection to faulty power source, use of unsuitable
materials for operation such as usage of substituted chemicals or
components not identical to those recommended by Seller or supplied with
the Deliverables. The Seller’s warranty shall not cover Deliverables that have
a lifespan shorter than the warranty period (such as but not limited to spare
parts that are by design to be frequently replaced) nor consumables. The
Seller’s warranty shall not cover defects in any parts which result from
Purchaser’s failure to maintain the Deliverables and/or replace spare parts
as recommended by the Seller and/or the manufacturer.
