SHORT VERSION: use the leanest sausage you can, and don't forget the baking paper!!
LONG VERSION: i just made this recipe and I must have used a "fattier" sausage than he did because while baking in the oven the sausage sort of split and one part fell away from the egg, so use the leanest sausage you can. Also i did not use baking paper as I had none and I don't recommend that either since the baking paper will soak up some of the grease. I followed instructions for boiling the eggs and they came out perfectly!! The whole thing still tasted good and I'll be making more of these! Thank you Nicko!!
