Mr. Guoping Wu, a lawyer graduated from Renmin University of China as an Master of Laws, has undertook numerous cases concerning software copyrights, involving software for power control, game, customs clearance, diagnosis aiding, and many other industries. Wu is also a main advocator and organizer of Software Enterprise Alliance, and is experienced in the litigation strategy, burden of proof, selection of accrediting bodies in software infringement cases. He is familiar with C# and DELPH language, and is certificated as a high-level talent in software by software and integrated circuit promotion center of MIIT. Ever since his career, Wu has been the legal adviser for a dozen of major software enterprises, and is professional and experienced in arbitration, litigation and other traditional legal issues.
As a main advocator and organizer of China Software Enterprises Alliance, Wu has accumulated multiple service modes in the long service and cooperations between software enterprises, which combines legal services, human resource services, financial services and information services, and has been approved my many SMEs in software industry. As the legal adviser of a major medical software company, Wu has succeeded in introducing a strategic investor or it, and finished the due diligence and registration of a capital increase of 10 million in September 2011. As the legal adviser of China Inspection and Quarantine Association (CIQA), Wu was once the agency of its member enterprises in a software copyright dispute with a major listed company, which was then regarded as a typical case of software copyright by Beijing Chaoyang Court intellectual property tribunal and the second intermediate people's court of Beijing.
