Responsible for setting time schedules for projects including ( contracts – approvals Materials - activities and invoices- shop drawing )Request approvals from all involved parties inside and outside ECD.Request approval on time schedules from ECD GM and consultants.Project planning, schedule development and maintenancePlanning for any variation or problems that may arise during projects time schedule.-Monitoring the date (implementation of items on the site and the adoption of raw materials, contracts, owner's invoices and Shop drawings) and their conformity with the scheduleUpdate the schedule by entering the data to see the project position of the delay and the reason for the delayMonitor invoices submission from cost control departments.Submit follow-up reports to GM on projects over schedule.Prepare monthly reports submitted to the owner and consultant and approved by GM & CEOMonitor Progress / performance evaluation and reporting for all the involved ECD involved employees.Responsible for the cash-in and cash-outEnsure that all cost, planning and document control reports are prepared and issued in accordance with Project Coordination Procedures.If any delay occurred in the project time schedule a re-planning will be implemented for the remaining project duration.
