So far as today is concerned, I fully accept, if I may say so, that arguing it out now is unsatisfactory. It is unsatisfactory because there isn't really an application before you. It is unsatisfactory because Mr Lofthouse is quite right, the two documents we served yesterday were served yesterday and Mr Jude was on the way here and indeed there is quite a lot of detail in relation to them. But simply to leave it on the basis of: well, we have made an objection, anything which isn't properly there we are not going to deal with, really is not the way to leave this.
