The tracking said "Shipment Forwarded to Beyond/Remote Area Sorting Location", we guess that might the reason of undelivery.
Then Aramex had been waiting to confirm the correct delivery address since Nov 8 but failed.

So do you have any way to find Aramex for redelivery to you or you may get to their office to pick up the parcel? We are afraid the package may not be returned back us but be destroyed directly by Aramex. Then afraid a full refund cannot be arranged in that case.
