This study aimed to identify the knowledge management and its role in promoting and gain competitive advantages in the banking sector of Sudan where they were relying on the questionnaire as a key tool in the primary data collection, in order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method was the questionnaire distributed to the members of the study population totaling (220 ) been recovered from 173 questionnaires Morah and represent 78% of the study population and spss program was used in the processing and analysis of the study data. The study sought to the relationship between the determinants of Knowledge Management test represented in Mhaaroraa four competitive advantages and the research found that there are statistically significant relationship between knowledge management and competitive advantages in the banking sector and the existence of a significant effect between each of the organizational culture supportive of knowledge, leadership knowledge, organizational structure flexible, and technology actors Information on the arrangement reaching the coefficient of determination (0.86) The study found a number of recommendations, including the need to rehabilitate and train the Sudanese banking system integrated by specialized experts in knowledge management qualifies him to be a comprehensive employee has the ability to serve the public from any site and seek to solve their problems and contribute to the transfer Knowledge.
