How to lodge your applications:
If you wish to lodge a paper-based application in Lebanon, you will be required to lodge your application in person at the Australian Visa Application Centre and provide your biometrics at the same time.

Please note that the AVAC does not accept mailed or couriered applications.
All applications for Citizenship by descent and Resident Return Visas should now be lodged at the Australian Visa Application Centre (biometrics not required).
Applications lodged in Australia
There are certain categories of temporary and permanent entry visas that must be lodged in Australia.
These include:
· Visitor Visa-Sponsored Family Stream;
· Special Humanitarian Visa Application (subclass 202) – Lodged at DIBP Melbourne Office. Please email victoria.ohpc@immi.gov.au for more information
