مهندس بترول3.2.1 NA/Q PIII Platform InformationThis paragraph summarizes all the technical information necessary to take knowledge of the process and utilities units installed on NA/Q PIII gas platform of the Abu Qir Field gas.The platform NA/Q PIII was constructed with the aim to increase exploitation capacity of Abu Qir field. The platform has been designed to accommodate 6 (six) wells (12 strings) and receive the well heads production of NA/Q PII. The platform has been designed in order to accommodate 12 (twelve) strings as follows: - well “NA/Q PIII-1,3,4,5,6”: double completion (pre-drilled), both strings dedicated to gas production;- well “NA/Q PIII-2”: double completion (pre-drilled), one string dedicated to gas and one to oil production. They are unmanned type. The platform is designed to operate a maximum of 12 stings at time.NA/Q PIII platform is a minimum facilities type and it is connected to the existing platform NA/Q PII and A/Q PI in order to receive and to send the well heads production respectively. For this reason a 16” sea line – 2,8 km long imports production from NA/Q PII field. A new 16” sealine is under construction about 22,8 km long to export the NA/Q PII gas production to A/Q PI existing platform. The new sealine shall consist of a first segment of about 2,8 km connecting NA/Q PII to NA/Q PIII, and about 20 km from NA/Q PIII to A/Q PI.3.2.2 NA/Q PIII Platform locationThe Abu Qir field is a gas discovery located in the Egyptian sector of Mediterranean sea.At this moment a project is in progress, to realize the connection between NA/Q PIII and A/Q PI platforms. This job will be completed during 2017. The North Field configuration, including the current and futures facilities, is shown in the following figures. As it can be seen also the sealines connecting NA/Q PII and future NA/Q PIII will be installed.4 BEHAVIOR & SAFETY GENERAL WARNING general warning are mandatory to access on the Platform and/or to perform any action:1. The operator must be equipped by means all the PPD (Personal Protection Device) required, before to perform any action (see lesson G.1.1.2 HSE Induction);2. On the Platform, the operator must have a responsible behavior and to respect the safety rules; 3. Each action referred to the operating or maintenance of the plant must be performed under the mandatory and continuous presence of the operators in order to avoid any risk. The operation must be performed by two operators at least provided with portable radio.5 TRAINING PROGRAM PRESENTATION5.1 GENERALThe Training Course has been organized as follows:1. Lessons in classroom: 36 days;2. Final Test at the end of training modules3. Training on the job: 12 days. The Training topics has been divided in modules and sub modules.Scope of the training is to provide the information necessary to operators to run the NAQ/PIII platform in a proper and safe way.G.1 Introduction: G.1.1 HSE Induction Course and chart presentation G.1.1.1 Project scope & Introduction G.1.1.2 HSE induction G.1.2 Plant General Description G.1.3 Plant Overview & Layout G.1.4 Project Philosophy Verification Test Module G.1 G.2 Plant Overview: G.2.1 Basis of Design G.2.2 Process Description (Concept &Theory) G.2.3 Detailed Facility Description (Unit by Unit) G.2.4 Operation Philosophy G.2.5 Control Logic and Plant Protection Measures Verification Test Module G.2 G.3 General: G.3.1 Codes & Standards G.3.2 Platform Safety Behaviour G.3.3 Requirements for F&G System Components: G.3.4 Hazardous Area and Chemical Hazard Classification Verification Test Module G.3 O.1 Plant Start-up: O.1.1 Start-up Pre-Checks O.1.2 Automated/manual Start-up sequence O.1.3 Initial start-up procedures
