The Medical Doctor will assist PU-AMI’s Staff with Mobile Health Teams (MHT) in implementing emergency intervention in hard-to-reach areasTasks and responsibilities1. Work in close cooperation with the emergency health &nutrition team in the health and nutrition activities to ensure the quality of the activities2. Leads the emergency health/nutrition team, follows and collaborates with all the staff in following the implemented activities correctly and scientifically3. Assess and manage patients seeking for health care4. Perform diagnosis /treatment according to Integrated5. Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) protocol and approach6. Provide the caregivers, clients with information related to visit schedule, dates of the subsequent visits, doses required, the potential side effects of the drug, and prevention7. Provide the pregnant/lactating women with micronutrients supplementation 8. Provide consultations to Pregnant/lactating women9. Collect reports from all staff members, review them, and document them. Compile and send the validated reports in due time to the managers. Ensure quality information and presentation in all reports. 10.
