Homeopathic medicines are good indefinitely as they are very stable when stored under normal conditions (away from moisture and excessive heat or cold). For this reason, in the US the FDA has exempted homeopathic manufacturers from putting expiration dates on the label. The 6-digit number on the bottle label is the lot number, not an expiration date. The lot number allows us to determine the complete history of the manufacture, processing, packing, holding, and distribution of a batch or lot of drug product. The same lot number can also be found on the side panel or bottom of the outer carton.
