a.       Have you clicked any suspicious links or downloaded any unknown applications?

b.      Do you currently have an anti-virus/anti-malware application installed on your computer?

c.       When was the last time a full system virus scan was performed?

d.      Have you noticed any suspicious activity on your computer? Examples include:

1.       Slow performance

4.       Your browser has new toolbars or new homepage
