the receipt of notice from any person of an intention to hold the Insured responsible for any Malpractice or Public Liability;
any conduct or circumstance which is likely to give rise to a Claim for Malpractice or Public Liability being made against the Insured
If the Insured gives notice as required by c) or d), any Claim subsequently made against the Insured shall be deemed to have been made during the Period of Insurance.
The Insured shall, at all times, in addition to their obligations set out above afford such information to and co-operation with the Company or their appointed representatives to allow the Company to be able to comply with such relevant Practice Directions and Pre-Action Protocols as may be issued and approved from time to time by the Head of Civil Justice.
