English language is a worldwide language. Speaking skill is one of the most important skill for a new learners or ESL students. Also, Speaking the first output of any language .The studied done by (Ingrid & Karla 2014) there is a factors that seem to have both, a negative and positive impact on advanced EFL students’ speaking skill. speaking seemed to be a neglected skill because the students' fear of making mistakes, Lack of self-confidence and uncomfortable when talking to someone who they believe has a higher level. On the other hand, there are positive factors students' liked to practice English with his foreign friends to exchange opinions, ideas, and interests. According to (Nurkasih , 2010) The low ability in speaking was also identified from the following indicators. Firstly, students had difficulties to express their thought. Secondly, the students did not speak fluently. There were many pauses during speaking. Thirdly, students often produced incorrect pronounced words. They pronounced some English words by deducting spelling they often heard. Fourthly, students had difficulty in choosing appropriate grammatical and vocabulary form. So, the teachers
2.1Factors that may affect in speaking skill
There are many factors may affecting ESL Learners' speaking skill. divided into two part .
2.1.1 Cognitive factors
According to Levelt (1989), the speaking component include formation, conceptualization, and articulation conceptualization can be selected to express the meaning of information. speaker need to use appropriate word to form a correct sentence. And articulation requires the speaker to produce the speech with his own words. when all the three processes happen with one other, it is possible for learners to make mistakes especially in direct communication. Therefore their speaking maybe filled with limited vocabulary and grammatical
inaccuracies (Hughes, 2002, p. 77) (cited in Rahnama, Fatehi Rad, Bagheri ,2016)
2.1.2 Linguistic factors
The correct use of language form is important for learner's oral (Saunders & O'Brien, 2006). Linguistic factors include several features like grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. Pronunciation plays an important role in proficiency (Goh, 2007). In addition, grammar acts a key role in learning the formulation of English. But it is difficult to use grammar correctly in speech.
(Larsen-Freeman, 2001). Vocabulary is essential in speaking but student vocabulary is limited, learners can hardly put the "receptive vocabulary knowledge into productive use" (Nation, 2001, p. 129), furthermore , the weak ability to remember words is the main effect on the speaking fluency . (cited in Rahnama, Fatehi Rad, Bagheri ,2016) .The fluency is most important factor in speaking skill. It appear the students are able the speaking skill.
