9. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE SELLER
The Seller confirms that:
9.1 It has not entered into this Agreement in reliance on, or as a result of, any statement or conduct of any kind of or behalf of the Acquirer (including any advice, warranty, representation or undertaking);
9.2 The Acquirer is not obliged to do anything (including disclose anything or give advice), except as expressly set out in this Agreement;
9.3 The acquirer has obtained two valuations of each property and it has been provided with a copy of these valuations;
9.4 The Acquirer and Seller have selected the average price of two valuation for the Properties for the Purposes of determining the Purchase Price; and
9.5 It has no objection to and agrees with the property valuation used by the parties to determine the Purchase Price.
