If an employee transfers to another branch or location of the organization or deployed to another position in a different department prior to 31st December, then the supervisor must complete a mid-cycle review for the employee on the Performance Evaluation Form (PEF) and forward it to the HR Department, who in turn must share the performance data of the transferred employee with his new supervisor. If the transfer effective date falls between 1st January and 31st March, then the supervisor must have completed an annual performance appraisal for the employee for the past performance cycle before transfer of the employee.
