So Ben mentioned the billboards and the advertisements and so forth. We are also working with the U.N. to set up mechanisms whereby they can present what often are very legitimate claims of violence or well-founded fears of persecution on the spot and then do resettlement in a more orderly way. And as Ben noted, there is an allocation for Latin America and for Central AmericaThe only thing I'd add on the unaccompanied children with regard to the outcome document, which is a consensus document, is that it is, of course, our goal in dealing with the problem at its source to not be in a situation where you have unaccompanied children wandering across the border without -- I mean, sometimes extremely young kids with no adult supervision, often with no clue as to who and how they're going to meet up with whatever family member may be here in the United States. So our goal is to live in a world where people are able to be safe in their home countries, as Ben indicated, and also those who are living in very extreme circumstances to be able to engage the U.N., get processed in an expeditious way and get out in an orderly way without then having to end up in the kinds of circumstances that unaccompanied children are in right now.
